Revocation

1. Right of revocation
Any customer has the right to revoke his/her contractual statement in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the product within two weeks of receipt of the product without stating reasons.
 
The revocation period shall commence upon validity of the contract. In order to meet the revocation time limit, timely mailing shall suffice.

2. Revocation/cancellation consequences

In the event of a valid revocation, any product received, and any profit derived therefrom shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the product received in their entirety or at all, or where you can only return it in a deteriorated state, then you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This does not apply to deterioration or damage of the purchased product that could have been checked by the customer in the shop.

Packet transportable goods have to be returned.

The customer has to bear the charges of returns.

The customer does not have to bear the charges of returns of products that have not been ordered.

2.3.
When the products have properly been returned, we will refund the paid purchasing price less charges of returns.
