Gift Cards – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I purchase gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased like any other product in our online shop. As soon as you bought a gift card and payment is transacted, the gift card will be activated. The value of the gift card will then show up in your shopping cart. Click on the link “Send a Gift Card” to send the gift card to someone per email.

How do I send gift cards per email?
To send a gift card, please click on the link “Send a Gift Card” in your shopping cart. To forward your gift card, we will need the following information from you: First and surname of the recipient, a valid email address of the recipient, the desired value that you wish to give away (you may also divide the purchased amount in parts to send it to different recipients), a short message to the recipient. Please check your entries before submitting them. Before submitting them you have the possibility to change your entries.

How do I use gift cards?
As soon as you have received a gift card you can use it for payment of an order. During the order transaction you have the possibility to cash in your gift card. If the value of your gift card is below the value of the product that has to be paid you will have to choose a method of payment for the payment of the remaining amount. If the value of your gift card is higher than the value of the product that has to be paid you may, of course, use the remaining amount for your next order.

If you have received a gift card by e-mail, you can use it as follows:
1. Click on the link that was sent to you by e-mail. If you don’t yet have a personal account in our online shop, please create one by signing in.
2. As soon as you have put a product into your shopping cart, you can enter the code of your gift card.
